Clarissa Mae is a London-based Filipino-British singer-songwriter whose intimate pop explores love, insecurity and growing up. Her debut, the love songs EP, was released on 18 September 2026 via Origins Inconclusive.
Across five tracks, the EP brings together the personal songwriting of “love songs”, “anyway” and “shy” with two new songs: “translate” and the funk-driven pop-rock of “bed crumbs”. Family photographs and a video filmed on her mum’s 1990s camcorder form part of the project’s handmade visual world.
Clarissa began performing publicly at 13 and became the youngest winner of the GIGS Mayor of London competition. In 2025, she opened for BINI at their sold-out Wembley Arena show. She has received support from BBC Introducing Kent and Gibson Guitars.
